NEXT MONDAY: School Security in an Age of Fear

Fleetwood High School went into lockdown today, after a bullet was found by a student. The incident echoes one that happened at Emmaus High School several years ago, and the kind of security response that has sadly become a regular part of public education.

How secure are our schools today and– most importantly– how can we do better? I’ll try to answer these questions on Monday, April 15th, 7pm at the Emmaus Public Library in a talk entitled “School Security in an Age of Fear.”
